THE IAP APPLICATION DEADLINE HAS PASSED
September 19th, 2012 was the deadline to submit an application to the Independent Assessment Process (IAP).
This deadline is only for APPLICATIONS to the IAP. Applications that were received before the deadline will continue to move through the process.
Under the Indian Residential Schools Settlement Agreement, former students had five years to apply for compensation under the IAP.
Applications cannot be accepted after the September 19th deadline.
